WSN DEVELOPPEMENT, the company behind Who’s Next, is seeking a Digital Project Assistant Intern to support day-to-day operations and launches. You will manage content, coordinate with brands, and assist cross-functional projects across e-commerce and B2B sourcing.

Ideal candidates have a hands-on mindset, strong organizational skills, and an interest in AI and automation tools. Knowledge of Shopify or a similar CMS is helpful, with a balance of operational excellence and creative sensitivity.

Job Description

At WSN, we connect communities, foster creativity, and shape the future of retail and design. MATTER and SHAPE, our contemporary design fair, is expanding its digital projects and physical experiences.

To support this growth, we are looking for a Digital Project Assistant Intern. Your mission? Become a key player in our day-to-day operations and project launches by managing content, coordinating with brands, and supporting cross-functional projects.

Your Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce & Content Management

• Brand Onboarding & Relationship Management: Coordinate operational follow-up with partner brands and centralize all assets required for product launches.
• E-commerce Hub Management: Upload new products to our CMS (Shopify), optimize and publish product pages while ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all content (images, pricing, descriptions, and storytelling).
• Daily Operations: Manage the online shop on a daily basis, update inventory, and coordinate information flows with designers and brands.

2. Project Support & B2B Sourcing

• Sales Enablement Tools: Contribute to the organization and maintenance of our sourcing tools and professional catalogs.
• Data Management: Organize product and brand data to ensure high-quality, reliable, and responsive databases.

3. Coordination & Cross-functional Projects

• Network Development: Help identify, qualify, and onboard new partners and strategic venues for the brand.
• Community Engagement: Support the operational coordination of community activations and communication tools (newsletters, CRM) for our member network.

Profile

You are looking for a hands-on internship where your organizational skills and autonomy will make a real impact. You strike the perfect balance between operational excellence and creative sensitivity.

• Digital & E-commerce Mindset: Good knowledge of Shopify or a similar CMS. You understand how online catalogs and content management work.
• Productivity & Tools: Organized and detail-oriented when managing databases. An interest in CRM systems and curiosity about AI and automation tools are strong assets.
• Creative Sensibility: Passionate about design, fashion, and lifestyle.
• Mindset: Solution-oriented, proactive, with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
