Jobtailor, a tech SaaS company in Paris, is seeking a junior Legal Counsel to support Revenue, Customer Success and Marketing teams with day-to-day legal advice and contract drafting. You will maintain templates, handle GDPR-related tasks, and help advance data protection initiatives. Fluent French and English are required; German/Italian/Spanish are a plus.

Start January 2027. You will work closely with senior counsel to gain autonomy while navigating EU regulations, drafting NDAs, DPAs, MSAs,

Qualifications

• Hold or be completing a French Master's degree (M2) in Business Law with a focus in digital law.
• First grounding in contract law and European regulations, including GDPR and DORA.
• Fluent in French and English.
• German, Italian or Spanish are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to Revenue, Customer Success and Marketing teams.
• Handle legal requests and draft preliminary responses ahead of review.
• Review and draft standard contractual documents, including NDAs, DPAs, MSAs, RFPs, procurement and freelance agreements.
• Draft bespoke clauses and particular conditions.
• Maintain and streamline the contractual documentation library, including templates, terms and conditions, MSAs and playbooks.
• Support the GDPR compliance roadmap alongside the Head of Legal.
• Structure and advance data protection initiatives.
• Shape and maintain legal resources, including legal pages, process documentation and onboarding materials.
