Jobtailor, Paris, France, seeks a trainee lawyer to assist the legal team and the DPO on GDPR compliance, data protection, and contract management. You will draft records of processing activities, processing maps, and data subject access responses while handling IT contracts and IP matters.

The role involves reviewing promotional campaigns, managing trademark portfolios, and drafting legal notices and service agreements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or trainee lawyer undertaking a PPI internship.
• Good level of English required.
• Interest in technology, consumer, IP, data protection, and contract law.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Team spirit and service-oriented mindset.
• Commitment and dedication.

Responsabilités

• Assist the legal team and the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
• Support the DPO with records of processing activities and data maps, and handle data subject access requests.
• Draft and manage GDPR-related agreements and IT contracts.
• Handle GDPR matters and conduct legal research on data protection and consumer law.
• Manage the trademark portfolio and communications with law firms.
• Review and approve promotional campaigns and materials.
• Draft and file rules for competitions and legal notices.
• Draft and manage contracts related to the Group’s activities, including service and confidentiality agreements.
• Address legal issues related to websites and social media.
