Back Market’s Legal Department offers a 6-month internship starting January 2027 in Paris. You will support the legal team in research, memo drafting, contract review and negotiation, GDPR implementation, and regulatory monitoring.

The role requires a French law background and fluency in English; an internship agreement with your school is mandatory. You’ll join a collaborative team and help build regulatory processes, map stakeholders, and provide legal advice across business units.

Qualifications

• This role involves conducting legal research and drafting legal memos.
• Reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts.
• Monitoring political activity and regulatory developments.
• Building stakeholders maps and assisting in implementing regulations.
• Providing legal advice to ensure teams are aware of applicable laws and regulations.
• Help the legal team improve and implement its processes.
