Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in Paris is seeking an Implementation Analyst to support onboarding for new clients onto our SaaS platform and service model. You will collaborate with clients and Clearwater teams to assess requirements and tailor solutions for accounting, compliance, performance, risk, and reporting.

You will manage client relationships, facilitate onboarding, conduct training, and communicate project status, issues, and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Basic Excel formulas and formatting.
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of securities or financial markets is preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge and reporting understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Facilitates onboarding of clients onto Clearwater’s platform.
• Conducts training sessions to educate Clearwater’s clients on how to use the Clearwater platform.
• Effectively communicates project status, issues, and risks to all relevant parties.
• Proactively troubleshoots and resolves customer issues that may arise during the implementation phase.
• Provides valuable consultancy services to clients, ensuring that project objectives align with the established project plans.
• Identifies and promptly escalates any identified risks and issues to the Project Manager for appropriate action.
• Demonstrates the ability to self-learn and reaches out to designated resources when assistance or support is needed.
