Job summary

Insider One is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to lead customer implementations from kickoff to value realization in Paris. You will build strong relationships with client stakeholders, coordinate with engineering, product, and agencies, and define success metrics to demonstrate ROI.

Both remote and onsite sessions are conducted to tailor onboarding to each client’s needs. Join a fast-growing, global team at Insider One and help scale a unicorn while gaining exposure to AI-driven customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS project management and client onboarding.
• Project management qualifications (Agile, PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Excellent time and task management.
• Skilled at coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP or Marketing Automation platforms is an advantage.
• Experience with AI-driven product recommendations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects with focus on value and retention.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to prove ROI.
• Deliver remote and onsite onboarding sessions and trainings.
• Advocate needs to Product team to guide development.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Success & Support.
• Manage project outcomes and stakeholder communications.
