Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Russian-speaking Player Support Specialist to assist the global Supercell community from Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle player inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to gaming support operations in a dynamic Esports environment.

The role requires native or fluent Russian and strong English, with fully paid relocation, training on proprietary systems, health insurance, and a monthly performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written).
• Strong English for international collaboration.
• Previous experience in customer support or gaming is advantageous.
• EU passport or legal right to work in Bulgaria.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to the Russian-speaking user base of Supercell games.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, billing inquiries, and account management.
• Maintain knowledge of game mechanics, events, and community trends to assist players.
• Proactively escalate recurring bugs or player feedback to dev and QA teams.
• Foster a positive environment and uphold the Supercell brand standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of support protocols in Sofia.
