Fendi invites a Client Advisor to deliver a highly personalized luxury shopping experience to an international clientele. You will drive sales with deep product knowledge, maintain an impeccable boutique environment, and use CRM tools to nurture long-term relationships.

Fluent in Russian and English with strong presentation and clienteling skills, you will tailor styling advice and follow up to secure repeat business, while representing the Maison with discretion and sophistication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in luxury fashion or premium customer-facing environments.
• Fluent in Russian and English; French is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with international high-end clientele.
• Excellent sales and clienteling skills with discretion and service mindset.
