Job summary

JobSquad ApS in Cyprus is seeking an affiliate manager for our iGaming brand to grow the affiliate network, close deals, and maximise ROI across programs. You will sign up new affiliates, analyze performance, and drive strategic improvements.

Requirements: native Russian and English at least B2, 3+ years in affiliate management within iGaming, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Native Russian speaker with fluent English (B2 or higher).
• Minimum 3 years in affiliate management in iGaming.
• Proven ability to build relationships with affiliates and partners.

Responsibilities

• Sign up new affiliates and maintain relationships with existing partners.
• Analyze market standards and benchmark affiliate programs.
• Monitor affiliate performance and decide on optimization actions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve ROI and landing pages.
• Work closely with head of affiliates to boost efficiency and results.
