Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking a Room service Supervisor to oversee the room service shift, ensuring timely, impeccable service and guest satisfaction. The role involves close coordination with kitchen, reception and housekeeping, and supervising the In-Room Dining team during night hours.

Ideal candidates will hold a hospitality diploma, have at least 2 years of Chef de Rang experience, and demonstrate initiative, organization and excellent English communication.

Competenze

• Must have hospitality industry diploma.
• Proven 2 years of experience as a Chef de Rang in hospitality.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Be thorough, organized, attentive and courteous.

Mansioni

• Prepare the setup according to established standards to welcome guests.
• Serve meals in rooms.
• Check on guest satisfaction and feedback.
• Coordinate with kitchen, reception and housekeeping on service flow.
• Oversee In-Room Dining during the night shift.
• Maintain perfect knowledge of the menu and dishes and engage with guests.
• Assist the Manager and team supervisor in daily operations.
