Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking a Room Service Supervisor to oversee the room service team on a shift, ensuring all service steps are followed and guest orders are delivered efficiently.

Based in Paris, you will coordinate with kitchen, reception and housekeeping, keep the In-Room Dining area organized, maintain a perfect knowledge of the menu to delight guests with attentive service, and support the manager in leading a premium team.

Qualifications

• Hospitality industry diploma
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Chef de Rang in hospitality
• Initiative and enthusiasm
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Prepare room service setups according to established standards.
• Serve meals in guests' rooms.
• Check on guest satisfaction and feedback.
• Follow up with kitchen, reception and housekeeping teams.
• Oversee night in-room dining service and ensure quality.
• Maintain perfect knowledge of menu and dishes for guests.
• Assist the Manager and supervisors in leading the team.
