Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise staff, conduct regular room inspections, train colleagues, and liaise with other departments to deliver flawless service. Fluency in French and English is required; a minimum of two years in luxury hospitality with strong leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar luxury-hotel role.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to motivate a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, materials, and equipment.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
