Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Paris, within the Bar team, seeks a Barman/ Chef de rang to join the Camélia restaurant. You will perform all outlet tasks under managers, serving food and beverages on time and crafting an exceptional selection of beverages while delighting every guest.

You should be rigorous, organized, and courteous, with fluent French and English; a third language is a plus. Experience in a similar establishment is preferred, and you will benefit from MO Learning & Development and wellness

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English; a third language is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar bar/restaurant role.
• Rigor, organization and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for bar service in collaboration with the Supervisor.
• Know the menu and dishes to answer customers' questions.
• Master all presentation techniques and maintain close contact with customers.
