Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues; fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team activities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to meet hotel standards.
• Assist in training and developing housekeeping staff for high performance and adherence to standards.
• Provide leadership and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained; replenish amenities and linens.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services.
