High Tide Roofing & Restoration is seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative to dominate the phones, convert leads, and grow with a performance-driven team. You will handle high-volume calls, respond rapidly to inquiries, and book roofing appointments while maintaining accurate CRM records.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, fast payout, and a clear growth path within a recognition-based culture.

Responsabilités

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads.
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes.
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately.
• Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date.
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.
• Work closely with outside sales and installation teams.
• Hit and exceed KPIs: 85%+ booking success rate, 250+ calls, 25%+ tenant aggregator conversion, and 200+ booked estimates per month.
