Assist2Build, Inc. is expanding its Private Sales division and seeks a Business Development Manager to build and manage this department, develop new markets, and drive growth.

This full-time role in Sarasota County, FL offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and leadership opportunities. Responsibilities include launching the Private Sales Department, generating residential roofing opportunities, and building relationships with owners, realtors, investors, HOAs, and professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in business development or sales within construction or roofing.
• Strong self-starter with the drive to build, manage, and grow a department.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to prospect and close deals with high-level clients and decision-makers.
• Familiarity with Sarasota County residential market.

Responsabilités

• Launch and lead the growth of the Private Sales Department
• Generate new leads and opportunities for residential roofing, construction, and renovation projects
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with property owners, realtors, investor groups, HOAs, and local professionals
• Represent Assist2Build at local events, networking mixers, and industry expos
• Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to develop winning proposals and close deals
• Monitor sales activity, report on department growth, and manage performance metrics
• Serve as a department builder and leader, with potential to grow a team underneath you
