Lb Capital is seeking experienced roofing subcontractor crews to join a growing team and deliver high-quality residential roofing. Work closely with an established Installation Management team to ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes adherence to OSHA regulations, proactive communication with homeowners, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 90% across the service area.
• Commitment to OSHA safety practices and site safety.

Responsabilités

• Install residential roofing systems per manufacturer specs and standards.
• Maintain OSHA safety compliance on all jobsites.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to complete projects on schedule.
• Keep a clean, organized, and professional worksite.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and internal teams.

As one of our trusted installation partners, you'll install high-quality residential roofing systems while working alongside an experienced project management team committed to your success.

What You'll Do

• Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
• Maintain strict compliance with all current OSHA safety regulations and jobsite safety practices.
• Work closely with our Project Managers to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and our internal team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

To be considered, your crew must have:

• General Liability Insurance
• Workers' Compensation Insurance
• Current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• A reliable truck and all necessary roofing tools and equipment
• Ability to operate throughout our service territory surrounding Altoona
• Commitment to OSHA compliance and safe work practices
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Day Shift
• Monday-Friday
• Saturdays and Sundays needed (mandatory during peak production)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing management experience
• 4+ years of construction experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area (up to 90%)
