Lb Capital is seeking a Production Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of roofing projects. You’ll connect vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors to keep materials, schedules, and communications aligned from start to finish.

The role emphasizes organization, follow-through, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with hands-on training and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Service Titan or similar PM tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative team player across departments.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate accurate material take-offs and procurement timelines.
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan or similar tools.
• Serve as main contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Support project managers in solving problems to keep work on track.
• Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination.
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date project records and documentation.
• Monitor progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards.
• Generate regular reports and share updates with leadership.
