Lb Capital is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish, delivering a top-tier customer experience. The role offers unlimited 8% commission on additional sales and performance bonuses for reviews and testimonials, with paid training and strong growth opportunities.

You will coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and homeowners, review details, and ensure smooth site execution, while maintaining high standards of communication and reliability

• Review project details the evening before each job.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Show up early to job sites to ensure smooth setup and delivery.
• Oversee progress and keep everything on track.
• Communicate regularly with the office team and customers.
• Wrap up the day with a customer walkthrough, confirm payment, and collect testimonials.
