Family Waterproofing Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will answer incoming calls, enter data in our CRM, and assist customers with a friendly, accurate service approach.

Dependable team players who can follow instructions and collaborate with management on projects will thrive in this full-time role. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, plus one Saturday per month; opportunities for bonuses and commissions are available.

Experience

Customer Service 1 year (Preferred)

Required Education

High School or equivalent (Preferred)

Compensation

• $15.00-$18.00 (depending on experience)
