Talos Automation seeks a Robotics Deployment Engineer to lead field deployments of AI-driven robotic arms across manufacturing facilities and logistics sites. You will design deployment workflows, coordinate on-site installation, calibration, and ensure operational readiness.

You will track performance post-deployment, collaborate with engineering to refine results, and support commercial discussions with technical input. Travel is extensive across Europe and fluent English is required.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience deploying robotic systems in real-world environments.
Strong organisational and project leadership capabilities.
Working knowledge of robotic software, machine vision, industrial cameras etc.
Genuine interest in robotics and AI with a structured approach to work.
Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

Design and streamline end-to-end deployment workflows, including pre-sales input, safety integration, and processes.
Lead on-site implementation of robotic solutions with installation, calibration, and readiness checks.
Track system performance post-deployment and collaborate with engineering to refine results.
Contribute to commercial discussions with technical input alongside leadership.
Oversee and coordinate complex deployments for strategic customers.
Occasionally support AI development initiatives with the technical team.
