Albatross AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own deployments across European customers. You’ll align customer data, configure models, and drive deployments from onboarding to production launch, interfacing with engineering, data, and product teams.

You will train ML models, monitor performance with dashboards, and ensure measurable customer impact while communicating clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or computer science.
• Proficiency in Python or another scripting language.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex datasets.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and partially defined requirements.
• Product and business judgment: you care not only about whether something works, but whether it moves the needle for the customer.
• Fluent English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Eligible to work in Europe.

Responsabilités

• Own customer deployments end-to-end, from technical onboarding and data integration through production launch.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for customers, coordinating with their engineering, data, and product teams.
• Understand customer use cases, pain points, business objectives, and technical environments to ensure successful deployment.
• Shape clients' use case, translating business needs into a working technical solution alongside our R&D team.
• Dive into client data to ensure quality and correctness.
• Train and monitor ML models, using metrics and dashboards to track performance and drive impact.
