DeepHawk is seeking a Deployment Engineer to deploy our AI-powered visual quality control software at client sites in France and across Europe and North America. You will install, configure and validate deployments, coordinating with sales, development and customer teams.

A software-focused technical education and 3+ years in deployment are required; travel across France, Europe and North America is expected.

Qualifications

Technical education with focus on software.
Industrial and/or computer vision background is a plus.
3+ years of experience in software deployment and operations.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux management and configuration.
Exposure to vision systems is desirable.
Agile experience and mindset.
Willing to travel frequently in France and occasionally in Europe and North America.

Responsabilités

Work with technical and sales teams to deploy software licenses on time.
Collaborate with development teams to plan deployment strategies and timelines.
Prepare deployment projects with the client and partners: timeline, prerequisites, and integration with hardware components.
Install, configure, test and reach acceptance at customer premises in France, Europe, and North America.
Train client personnel who will use DeepHawk software.
Identify issues and coordinate with the team to provide timely resolutions.
