Karmen in Paris seeks a talented candidate to join the founding team and work directly with the CEO and COO on strategic and operational missions for the company’s growth.

You will drive Business Development, Operations and Partnerships, collaborating with Sales, Credit and Marketing teams in a fast-paced fintech environment. This internship offers hands-on experience and a close-knit team culture in the heart of Paris.

Qualifications

• Ideally from a business or engineering school (4+ years).
• Experience in a start-up / investment fund / consulting / banking.
• Fluent in English and French (C1).
• Google Tools, CRM & growth hacking tools a plus.
• Be a real Swiss Army knife with entrepreneurial drive.

Responsabilités

• Business Development, support the sales team, lead generation and analysis.
• Operations topics including process optimization and cross-team tooling.
• Partnerships, incubators, tech platforms and product collaboration.
• Strategic and operational work alongside the founding team.
