Karmen is seeking a versatile intern to support the CEO and COO in Paris, working directly with the founding team on business development, operations, partnerships, and strategy. You will be in the front row of our fintech's acceleration, analyzing sales performance, qualifying leads, and driving outbound efforts.

You’ll collaborate with Justine, Baptiste, and Gabriel, contributing to sales ops, customer feedback, and weekly product enhancements, while embracing an entrepreneurial, hands-on

Qualifications

• Background from business or engineering school (4+ years).
• Experience in startup, investment fund, consulting or banking is a plus.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) and French (C1).
• Proficiency with Google Tools, CRM and growth hacking tools is a plus.
• Ambitious, autonomous and eager to learn while contributing hands-on.

Responsabilités

• Support the CEO and COO on a range of strategic and operational topics.
• Business Development: analyze sales, qualify leads, outbound efforts, Hubspot dashboards.
• Operations: optimize processes, manage customer feedback, align cross-team tools and events.
• Partnership & Tech: develop partner pipeline and collaborate with Tech to enhance the product weekly.
