Karmen offers an exciting internship in the heart of Paris, where you will work closely with the founding team on strategic topics for fintech growth. You will support the COO and CEO across business development, operations, and partnerships, gaining hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, and product decisions.

Ideal candidates bring a business or engineering background, 4+ years of study, fluency in English and French, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (oral and written) & French (C1)
• Mastery of Google Tools, CRM & growth hacking tools a plus
• Entrepreneurial and autonomous
• 4+ years from a business or engineering school
• Experience in startup / investment fund / consulting / banking

Responsabilités

• Support CEO and COO on strategic and operational projects.
• Drive Business Development, sales analysis, lead qualification, outbound efforts.
• Optimize operations, cross-team communication, events strategy.
• Develop partnerships and collaborate with Tech to enhance product.
