Job summary

Parallel is actively building AI-powered agents to automate hospital administrative workflows, starting with medical coding. You will own Attio end to end, automate cross-team processes, and partner with Finance, Sales and Marketing to scale ops as the company grows.

You will work directly with the founders and operations leaders to design scalable, data-driven systems. The role requires 3–5 years in RevOps/BizOps in a B2B startup, hands-on CRM automation, and a strong ability to run analyses

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of RevOps, SalesOps or BizOps experience in a B2B startup.
• Real use of AI in internal work.
• Strong data skills: SQL, analyses and dashboards.
• Autonomous, pragmatic and hands-on problem solver.
• Able to explain technical topics simply to business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Attio end to end: configure data model, pipelines, fields, views, access rights and workflows.
• Enrich CRM data for Sales, Ops and Finance teams to scale operations.
• Automate processes across Sales, Marketing, Ops and Finance using no-code/low-code tools and APIs.
• Define priority metrics and run analyses, SQL queries and dashboards.
• Document rules, owners and AI usage limits; train users and ensure adoption.
