Parallel is building AI-driven agents to automate hospital admin work. You will own Attio CRM end-to-end, automate cross-functional processes, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to implement data-backed workflows.

You will sit with multiple teams to identify manual tasks, design automations, and ship tangible improvements quickly, shaping RevOps as the company scales in France and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of RevOps, SalesOps or BizOps in a B2B startup with hands-on automations you built and shipped
• Real use of AI applied to internal work and the judgment to know when a simple rule suffices
• Strong data fluency: SQL, analyses, dashboards, and data-driven decisions

Responsabilités

• Own Attio end to end: data model, pipelines, permissions, workflows, integrations
• Enrich CRM data for Sales, Ops and Finance, and ensure Attio is the source of truth
• Automate internal processes across Sales, Marketing, Ops and Finance using no-code/low-code tools and APIs
• Define priority metrics and share definitions
• Run analyses, SQL queries and dashboards, automate data collection and reporting
• Document AI rules, ownership, and handoffs; ensure adoption across teams
