LVMH is seeking a Tech Retail & Store Efficiency Leader to shape the future of retail technology across the Group. You will drive the evolution of the POS ecosystem, with focus on Cegid Y2, SaaS transitions, and cross-Maison deployment.

This leadership role combines architecture, governance, and vendor relationships to deliver omnichannel excellence. Fluent English is required; French is a plus. You will influence global stores and contribute to sustainability initiatives through Green IT.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in retail technology, omnichannel solutions, or digital transformation.
• Strong expertise in Point-of-Sale platforms, ideally including Cegid Y2.
• Proven success in international, multi-brand, and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Deep understanding of retail and omnichannel business processes.
• Strong knowledge of POS ecosystems and store technology platforms.
• Experience with store operations, workforce management, task execution, communication, and learning solutions.
• Ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

About the Role: The LVMH Tech Retail & Store Efficiency Leader plays a strategic role in shaping the future of retail technology across the Group. As the Group reference for Point of Sale and Store Efficiency solutions, this position drives the evolution of the retail technology landscape, supporting Maisons in their operational excellence and omnichannel transformation journeys.

The role combines technology leadership, solution governance, partner ecosystem management, and business transformation. It covers the full lifecycle of retail solutions—from strategy and architecture to run excellence, deployment, innovation, and continuous optimization.

A major focus of the position is the evolution of the Group POS ecosystem, including the Cegid Y2 platform, SaaS transformation initiatives, and the integration of a broader store technology ecosystem enabling more efficient and connected retail operations.

Job responsibilities

POS Leadership & Transformation

• Lead the Group POS strategy, roadmap, and architecture, with a strong focus on the Cegid Y2 ecosystem.
• Drive POS modernization initiatives, including the transition toward SaaS-based platforms and operating models.
• Oversee the performance, governance, and continuous improvement of retail transaction solutions across Maisons.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, technology investments, and omnichannel ambitions.
• Act as the Group escalation point for Maisons facing major retail-technology challenges, providing hands-on support during critical incidents, high-risk migrations, and sensitive operational arbitrations.
• Define scalable retail architectures supporting store operations and omnichannel capabilities.
• Lead solution design and integration across POS, payments, inventory, clienteling, and store operations.
• Manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, system integrators, and solution partners.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen the LVMH retail technology blueprint.
• Act as the Group referent for the Cegid relationship, owning roadmap alignment, SaaS contractual governance, and influence over product evolution on behalf of the Maisons.

Store Efficiency & Community Leadership

• Lead the Group strategy for retail efficiency solutions, including task management, learning, communication, and workforce management platforms.
• Support Maisons in improving store productivity, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
• Animate the retail technology community, promote best practices, and drive cross-Maison collaboration.
• Contribute to portfolio prioritization, governance forums, and strategic decision-making.

Profile

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in retail technology, omnichannel solutions, or digital transformation.
• Strong expertise in Point-of-Sale platforms, ideally including Cegid Y2.
• Demonstrated success in international, multi-brand, and multi-stakeholder environments.
