Moët Hennessy Travel Retail, part of the LVMH Group, is seeking an Internship - Business Controller Assistant in Paris to support the Head of Finance & Operations and Regional Senior Financial Controllers. You will analyze turnover and profitability, assist in monitoring daily activity and projects, and contribute to developing analytical tools.

Fluent French and English, Master in Finance, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master program in Finance.
• At least one relevant experience in Finance, controlling / reporting, ideally in the Wine & Spirits or luxury industry.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge – Essbase, Power BI and Cognos are a plus.
• Fluent in French and English (written/spoken).
• A problem-solving mindset; you know how to deal with complexity and thrive in a dynamic working environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Team spirit oriented, and enjoy being part of a short finance team.

Responsabilités

• Support monthly turnover and profitability analysis.

• Assist in analysis of sales, expenses and profitability.
• Assist in analysis and reporting of customer depletions (sell-out) to control stocks level, distribution channels, channel mix.
• Participate in development and modernization of analytical tools.
• Help prepare internal presentations for the Global Travel Retail Board.
• Support the Financial Director with adhoc analysis needs.

Job responsibilities

A s part of the Travel Retail team based in Paris, you will support the Head of Finance & Operations and the Regional Senior Financial Controllers (Europe , Africa Middle East and India ) to follow and analyze the financial data and the operations of Travel Retail.

Your area of activity includes the following tasks:

I- Support monthly analysis of turnover and profitability

• Assist in analysis of performance indicators in different Markets / Categories
• Assist in analysis sales, expenses and profitability
• Assist in analysis and report of customers depletions (sell-out) to control stocks level, distribution channels, channel mix… on monthly basi

II- Assist in monitoring daily activity & project.

• Participate in the development and modernisation of our analytical tools
• Help to the preparation of the internal presentationsfor the Global Travel Retail Board
• Support the Financial Director with adhoc analysis needs
