LVMH is seeking a Retail Tech Manager in Paris to shape the Group's retail technology strategy and drive the evolution of the POS ecosystem across Maisons. You will own architecture, governance, and deployment of store tech, partnering with vendors and internal teams to enable omnichannel excellence.

The role demands extensive experience in POS platforms, especially Cegid Y2, and a track record of large-scale transformation across international brands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retail technology or digital transformation.
• Deep knowledge of POS ecosystems and omnichannel processes.
• Experience with large-scale retail transformation programs.
• International, multi-brand project experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Group POS strategy, roadmap, and architecture, focusing on Cegid Y2.Drive POS modernization toward SaaS platforms and operating models.Oversee performance, governance, and continuous improvement of retail transaction solutions across Maisons.
• Define scalable retail architectures for store operations and omnichannel capabilities.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, systems integrators, and partners.
• Animate the retail tech community and promote cross-Maison collaboration.
