LVMH in Paris is seeking a Group Tech Retail Manager to shape the future of retail technology across the Group, driving the evolution of the POS and store efficiency platforms, including Cegid Y2, to enable omnichannel excellence.

You will lead architecture, governance, and vendor partnerships, oversee SaaS transitions, and guide strategic deployment from strategy to run excellence across Maisons.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in retail technology, omnichannel solutions, or digital transformation.
• Strong expertise in Point-of-Sale platforms, ideally including Cegid Y2.
• Demonstrated success in international, multi-brand environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Group POS strategy, roadmap, and architecture, with a strong focus on the Cegid Y2 ecosystem.
• Drive POS modernization initiatives, including the transition toward SaaS-based platforms and operating models.
• Oversee the performance, governance, and continuous improvement of retail transaction solutions across Maisons.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, technology investments, and omnichannel ambitions.
• Act as the Group escalation point for Maisons facing major retail-technology challenges, providing hands-on support during critical incidents.
• Define scalable retail architectures supporting store operations and omnichannel capabilities.
• Lead solution design and integration across POS, payments, inventory, clienteling, and store operations.
• Manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, system integrators, and solution partners.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen the LVMH retail technology blueprint.
• Act as the Group referent for the Cegid relationship, owning roadmap alignment and SaaS governance.
