Clarks Outlet is seeking an Outlet - FR Assistant Store Manager for One Nation to support the Store Manager in all store operations and to lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate selling behaviours and lead the sales team to hit KPIs.
• Support Store Manager to coach and develop the team to meet targets and KPIs.
• Oversee sales floor and maintain store presentation to ensure a great shopping environment.
• Utilize CSAT insights to identify actions to improve customer experience and operations.
• Assist in delivering store operations and Visual Merchandising to meet retail standards.
