• Lead a store team to deliver great customer experience from greeting to closing a sale.
• Promote Clarks and establish outstanding customer service to achieve targets.
• Manage day-to-day store operations including planning trading events and monitoring KPIs.
• Oversee P&L and cost control to support a profitable store.
