Moncler is seeking a 6 months' Intern Assistant Retail Merchandising & Buying EMEA – Grenoble lines (Nov 2026 to Apr 2027) to join our EMEA Corporate teams in Paris.

The intern will support the development of the EMEA product strategy for Grenoble lines and monitor performance and stock to maximize sales. Responsibilities include stock optimization, store projects, and assisting buying sessions and reporting to the Retail Merchandising Manager.

Qualifications

• Business or Management school curriculum with a first internship in allocation or retail merchandising department.
• Autonomous and Initiative approach.
• Rigorous and analytical (advanced level of Excel is a must).
• Ability to prepare impactful presentations on PowerPoint.
• Fully fluent in English (written and oral).
• Product sensitivity and passion for Luxury and Retail.

Responsabilités

• Stock level optimization: analyze trends, rebalance stock, focus on ski resort locations.
• Special projects: assist openings/pop-ups, prepare booklets, manage stock transfers, merchandising support.
• Product feedback & market analysis: collect store feedback, monitor trends, identify opportunities for new season collections.
• Support buying sessions: analysis, buying file preparation, orders input.
• Ad hoc analysis & reporting: assist with performance reports and sales analysis.
