Essor is seeking a Retail Marketing & Media Manager to lead planning, execution, and measurement of Boka's retail initiatives across accounts.

You will align Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative, Growth Marketing, and retailer teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns, optimize spend, and leverage retail media networks. Strong analytical, collaboration, and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a media agency or on the brand side.
• Deep knowledge of retail marketing, e-commerce, and media buying.
• AI-native mindset with ability to integrate AI into workflows.
• Experience supporting major retailers; US market exposure is preferred.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and measurement of retail marketing across accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative, Growth Marketing, and retailer media teams.
• Analyze full-funnel metrics and optimize performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting dashboards.
