Jobtailor is seeking a project support consultant in Lyon to assist micro B2C businesses and retailers. The role focuses on diagnostics, tailored support, and collaboration with local authorities to drive digital, ecological, and retail modernization efforts.

The candidate will work with regional teams to analyze markets, craft strategies, and prepare grant applications, leveraging strong project management and e-commerce knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in territorial development/management, commercial urban planning, or marketing.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in project management and/or business consulting.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, company management, and market positioning for micro B2C and e-commerce.
• Familiarity with the retail sector (micro-businesses, e-commerce).
• Knowledge of local authorities and the consular environment.
• Autonomy, initiative, organization, and a methodical approach.

Responsabilités

• Support project leaders and businesses in retail, distribution, and services.
• Establish and maintain links with local authorities' commercial technical departments.
• Identify priority targets in line with the local authority's strategy.
• Implement tailored support solutions for micro B2C firms.
• Provide individual and group support to micro B2C businesses (TPE).
• Conduct 360° diagnostic analyses for projects and businesses.
• Prepare regional or other local authority aid/grant applications.
