Jobtailor, based in Île-de-France, seeks a Marketing professional to support and implement the shopping center marketing strategy aligned with ADVANTAIL's corporate plan. You will develop tactics to boost site visitors and revenue, partner with leasing and property teams, and manage budgets.

You will write briefs, request quotes, negotiate with partners, and maintain marketing tools and content across sites, while monitoring campaigns and customer data for optimization.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Marketing (In Progress)
• Proficient in MS Office, digital communication tools, and direct marketing techniques
• Strong knowledge of web tools
• Excellent organizational skills and project management abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills, commitment, and enthusiasm for the role

Responsabilités

• Support and implement the marketing strategy for the sites in line with ADVANTAIL's corporate strategy
• Implement and develop strategies to increase site visitor numbers and site revenue
• Cooperate with leasing and property management teams to develop performance metrics
• Ensure budget planning and compliance by defining action priorities
• Report on the impact of actions taken and budgets committed
• Contribute to and actively participate in cross-functional discussions within the Marketing team
• Write briefs, prepare RFQs, negotiate, and send files to partners
• Develop and maintain marketing tools and assets for the shopping centers
• Monitor the commercial events and promotions plan (PAC)
• Oversee customer acquisition and retention policies
• Manage and monitor online media buying
• Optimize customer databases
• Monitor technological developments
• Update content on the shopping centers' websites
