Jobtailor is seeking a project support consultant in Lyon to assist micro B2C businesses and retailers. The role focuses on diagnostics, tailored support, and collaboration with local authorities to drive digital, ecological, and retail modernization efforts.

The candidate will work with regional teams to analyze markets, craft strategies, and prepare grant applications, leveraging strong project management and e-commerce knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in territorial development/management, commercial urban planning, or marketing.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in project management and/or business consulting.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, company management, and market positioning for micro B2C and e-commerce.
• Familiarity with the retail sector (micro-businesses, e-commerce).
• Knowledge of local authorities and the consular environment.
• Autonomy, initiative, organization, and a methodical approach.

Responsabilités

• Support project leaders and businesses in retail, distribution, and services
• Establish and maintain links with local authorities' commercial technical departments
• Identify priority targets in line with the local authority's strategy
• Implement tailored support solutions
• Provide individual and group support to micro B2C businesses (TPE)
• Conduct comprehensive project analysis in the form of a 360° diagnostic
• Provide and produce thematic expert assessments
• Make occasional interventions as part of national operations or special events
• Raise awareness on topics such as accessibility for persons with reduced mobility (PRM), security, digital and ecological transition, and point-of-sale layout and modernization
• Prepare regional or other local authority aid/grant applications
• Contribute to conducting business diagnostics

Requirements

• Master's degree (e.g., MA/MSc) in territorial development/management, commercial urban planning, or marketing
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' professional experience in project management and/or business consulting
• Good knowledge of business diagnostics, company management, and market positioning, particularly for micro B2C businesses and e-commerce companies
• Familiarity with the retail sector (micro-businesses, e-commerce)
• Knowledge of the functioning and competencies of local authorities and the consular environment
• Mastery of project management techniques
• Good knowledge of digital levers (websites, e-commerce, web marketing strategy)
• Autonomy, initiative, strong organizational skills and a methodical approach
• Strong interpersonal skills, a taste for teamwork and working in project mode
