Jobtailor is seeking a skilled professional to drive workplace transformation projects for large enterprise clients in Lyon. You will mentor consultants, promote knowledge sharing, and ensure high-value outcomes through deployment, migration, and redesign activities.

The role emphasizes client advisory, collaboration with the practice, and active participation in pre-sales and standards development to maintain quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace/end-user environments such as Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365.
• Knowledge of mobility and device management (Intune, Workspace ONE, JAMF, BYOD, etc.).
• Solid grasp of IT challenges and security considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English.

Responsabilités

• Work in Delivery on Workplace transformation projects (deployment, migration, redesign).
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to our consultants.
• Promote knowledge sharing, skills development, and team spirit.
• Deliver high-value projects for our large enterprise clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to our clients.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities (requirements analysis, cost estimation, technical proposals).
• Participate in the development of the Practice (standards, methods, knowledge capitalization).
• Represent the Practice and its quality requirements.
