Job summary

AZADEA Group seeks a Floor Supervisor to ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations in line with brand standards and SOPs. You will oversee opening/closing, inventory, hygiene, and customer service, while guiding staff to meet targets and maintain quality.

The role requires 3–5 years in F&B operations, English fluency (Arabic a plus), and a hospitality management degree. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, with a strong emphasis on customer focus and accountability.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Three to five years of experience in F&B operations or a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Technical degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

Responsibilities

• Participate in restaurant opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Support monthly inventory tasks for brand equipment.
• Maintain uniform and personal hygiene standards for self and others.
• Contribute to achieving organizational goals and implement SOPs.
• Greet customers, present menus, assist in selections, and ensure table satisfaction.
• Handle customer bills and inquiries, including complex cases.
• Lead and delegate tasks, set deadlines, monitor results, and train staff.
• Oversee staff performance and adherence to prescribed preparation techniques.
