Qualifications

• Zero to one years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve walk-in customers with product knowledge and adherence to procedures.
• Process orders from waiters and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Receive daily orders, check against specifications, display in the fridge, and restock as needed.
• Participate in opening and closing duties in line with norms and procedures.
• Maintain records including training logs, taste panels, and wastage forms; report issues to the manager.
• Handle cash payments and transactions according to policies.
• Place orders for required products in coordination with stakeholders.
• Prepare takeaway orders and wrap according to standards, accommodating special requests.
• Communicate clearly with the team to ensure proper handover in the log book.
• Maintain hygiene with Clean as you go and sanitize counters regularly.
• Complete monthly inventory for disposables.
