Job summary

Azadea Group in France is seeking a junior bakery/FOH kitchen assistant to manage daily station duties, check stock, and assist in display and order fulfillment while adhering to HACCP standards.

You will maintain sanitation, follow opening/closing procedures, and communicate product knowledge to customers. English fluency and a willingness to work in F&B operations are required; High School degree a plus, 0-1 year experience.

Qualifications

• High School Degree is a plus.
• 0-1 year of experience in F&B operations.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Check the shelf life of products, tag production/expiry date on each item and communicate waste figures.
• Follow security/fire/safety procedures and report incidents to hierarchy.
• Receive food orders and prepare items following recipes, HACCP standards, and portion guidelines.
• Participate in opening and closing duties and assist in stocking and receiving goods as needed.
• Ensure sanitation of the workstation by cleaning the fridge, shelves, counters, and utensils at shift end.
• Verify at shift start that needed products are on hand and place orders from the internal store.
• Maintain good knowledge of products to answer inquiries and provide observations when needed.
