AZADEA Group in France is seeking a Pastry Commis to prepare pastry items promptly under close supervision, ensuring quality, hygiene and presentation in line with HACCP standards.

You will help with opening and closing the pastry department, stock and receive goods, maintain sanitation, check shelf life and label production and expiry dates, and support outlets with consistent products. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school degree is required.
• 0–1 years of experience in F&B operations or a similar role.

Responsabilités

• Ensure par levels for service stations and initiate orders.
• Participate in opening/closing the pastry department per internal norms; assist in stocking and receiving goods.
• Prepare high-quality pastry items following recipes and HACCP standards; distribute orders to outlets.
• Maintain workstation sanitation; clean fridges, shelves, counter; sharpen knives and clean utensils.
• Adhere to safety rules; report incidents to management.
• Check shelf life; label production and expiry dates; monitor wasted product figures.
• Understand product range to address inquiries and provide insights.
