Trane Technologies in Nice is seeking an Operational Team Leader to oversee the local technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient field operations. You will drive continuous improvement and support planning and logistics for onsite projects.

You hold a degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Energy, or Building Engineering and have hands-on experience with cooling systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics, plus initial management exposure and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Energy or Building Engineering.
• Strong technical experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Previous proven management experience and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the team of technicians and ensure cohesion and adherence to internal procedures.
• Organise weekly Operational meetings and support team development and training.
• Ensure HSE policy is followed: audits, PPE, and safety briefings in coordination with the HSE lead.
• Oversee local logistics: stock, returns, tools, and equipment for sites.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Opérationnel Régional, vos missions seront les suivantes :

• Management de l’équipe de techniciens
• Manager l’équipe locale des techniciens ; Garantir la cohésion de l’équipe et montrer l’exemple autour des valeurs de l’entreprise, Veillez à la diffusion et au respect des procédures internes, Organiser et animer la réunion Opérationnelle hebdomadaire, Accompagner et suivre le développement de l’équipe, Délivrer des formations techniques spécifiques aux techniciens, Garantir l’application et le respect de la politique HSE : suivi des audits, des EPI et des causeries en coordination avec le responsable HSE.
• Gestion de la logistique locale
• Réaliser un suivi précis de l’état des stocks, Suivre les retours usine (RMR / DR), Gérer l’outillage individuel et collectif, Apporter de l’assistance à la préparation des équipements des chantiers, Suivre les analyses d’huile, Gérer et suivre les déchets et stocks de réfrigérants suivant la politique HSE, Suivre et contrôler les rapports d’heures techniciens parc location et sous-traitants en coordination avec le coordinateur.
• Gestion technique locale
• Apporter un premier niveau d’expertise technique en interne (techniciens, ingénieurs de ventes, planning, etc.), Suivre les rapports d’interventions et les mises en service, Supporter / assister techniquement les plannings,

Votre profil :

Vous êtes diplômé(e) en Froid et Climatisation, Energie ou Génie climatique, Vous avez une bonne expérience technique dans le domaine du froid, de la gestion des applications de climatisation, de l’électricité et des réseaux hydrauliques et aérauliques, Vous avez une première expérience validée en management, Vous êtes doté(e) d'un bon relationnel et d'un sens de la pédagogie élevé, Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et êtes à l'aise dans la prise de décisions, Vous parlez Anglais.
