Dormont Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Resource Team in Zone 10, Wake. The role requires floating to Baptist, Wilkes, Hugh Chatham and Alleghany facilities to provide high‑quality nursing care.

Minimum 1 year RN experience (2 preferred) with BSN, BLS, and an active multi‑state or state RN license. Strong clinical judgement, communication, and EHR skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice where services are provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilités

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patients, adjust care plans, mobilize resources, collaborate with care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• Provide appropriate delegation and supervise support staff as needed.
• Float to designated facilities within the service area as required.
