Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for its Charlotte Pediatric Resource Team. This float pool role requires rotating to facilities including LCH, Cabarrus, University, Pineville, and Union. You will provide patient-centered nursing care, follow evidence-based protocols, and support quality initiatives.

Mandatory RN license with BLS; BSN preferred. Typical nursing experience is 1 year, with 2 years preferred. Excellent communication and safe patient handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in applicable state(s).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care, engaging patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, mobilize resources, and collaborate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and promote ethical patient care.
• May administer medications and therapies according to protocols.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Float to other units or facilities within the service area as needed.
• Provide age-appropriate care across life span and delegate appropriately.
