Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take nursing history and educate patient.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Implement plan of care based on diagnosis.
• Evaluate care outcomes and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate unit/patient care assignments with supervision.
• Onboard new staff and students to unit routines.
• Participate in unit-based committees.
• Deliver age-appropriate care per patient population.
• Supervise LPNs, Nursing Assistants, HUCs, Techs and sitters.
• Follow safety policies and complete annual training.
