Dormont Manufacturing Co. seeks a Registered Nurse for the Resource Team in Zone 10 of Wake’s system to float to Baptist, Wilkes, Hugh Chatham, and Alleghany facilities. 36 hours per week, full-time status, with a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

Candidates must have a board-approved nursing program graduate, an active RN license with appropriate privileges, and BLS certification. Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience is expected, with 2 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) served.
• BLS certification required.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and maintains accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units or facilities within the service area to meet patient care needs.
