Europcar Mobility Group in Strasbourg is seeking a Rental Sales Agent to deliver exceptional customer service while maximizing sales. You will be the first point of contact, processing reservations, guiding customers through rental options, and promoting optional coverage and add-ons.

This entry-level role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment within our Network & Stations team, with opportunities to develop sales skills and advance in the operations function.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role requiring a high level of customer service.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or automotive sectors preferred.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle transactions.

Responsabilités

• Handle reservations and process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism
• Greet customers and provide exceptional service from start to finish
• Maximize sales by offering optional coverage, upgrades and add-ons while ensuring compliance
• Use effective sales techniques and overcome objections to close sales
• Follow rental policies and assist with additional services to enhance customer experience
• Support branch operations and perform duties as requested by management
